NEW COMPETENCES AND NEW WAYS OF WORKING

In a world of ever accelerating change, high demand for skilled employees, increasing stress and quiet quitting and the increasing external pressure on businesses, how will the workplace of the future look? And how can we make it a workplace people want to be a part of?

We know that change is going to happen faster in the future, and we can’t solve it by running any faster. We need to work in new ways that are less detail driven and use more of people’s inherent and diverse capacities.

Covid-19 gave us a super relevant rehearsal of workplace of the future; empowerment, self-management, quick decisions by wisdom of the crowd, we rediscovered that we are human and liked it, and flexible working hours are but some of the training lessons.

Based on the framework of leadership of the future Tina Moe will talk about what it takes to succeed in the future. More employees will be trusted with responsibility and team leadership, the culture will to change to focus more on people and work processes that enhance speedy quality work and much more.

This keynote will provide you with a view on what competences will be needed and how the workplace and leadership mindset will change in the future to result in increased energy and engagement for all.

I care about my audience wherefore I do not do standard keynotes. They are always adapted to the specific needs and interest.
