PRACTICAL INFORMATION AND TERMS

The following terms and conditions generally apply when you participate in a Leadership of the Future training activity. For customized training programs and consulting there will be specific agreements that apply instead.

Registration and potential de-registration

Registration for courses is binding, and the price is set accordingly.

If a deregistration option is needed, the price is increased by 10%, after which it is possible to cancel participation in the course up to 1 week before and receive a return of 75% of the paid fee.

The course fee will not be refunded if de-registrations is made less than 1 week before the course start date.

If the course is cancelled by Leadership of the Future, the total fee will be refunded.

Participation in networks works on a continuous subscription basis and an invoice is sent at least 6 weeks before a new network year begins. Deregistration for the next year must be done at least 4 weeks before the new network year starts.

Changes

Given that changes may occur from the planning of the course to its delivery, we reserve the right to change time, place, and content as well as to cancel a course if the number of participants is too small in relation to the benefits of the course for both participants and the organizer.

Data processing

In connection with your registration, we will process your personal data in a secure and responsible manner in accordance with our data protection policy[link].

When attending courses with multiple participants, your name, job title, company and contact info will appear on the participant list and name badge.

Some courses include the use of digital learning platforms and digital tests, where the above information may also appear.

Photographs of participants in course situations may be taken for marketing purposes. Should you as a participant wish to be excluded from the photographs, please write to tm@tinamoe.dk before the start of the course.

Prices and payment

All prices include catering – but exclude VAT, transport and accommodation, unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms are 14 days net from date of invoice. Delayed payment will incur 3% interest per month commenced.

Leadership of the Future reserves the right to change prices and reserves the right to correct typographical errors.
