Why change doesn’t come by itself

If you feel it’s time for change, as an experienced manager you probably want to act fast. But a vision for the development of your leadership or the growth of your career can’t be rushed through. It takes time to reflect, and thoughts need to mature.

Usually, your urge for quick change will lead you to repeat a familiar formula and do exactly what used to lead you to success in the past. However, this will not take you successfully into the future.

It takes will, and an inner urge for change, to overcome these instincts. Therefore, this masterclass is only relevant if you feel a strong desire for change and want to lead differently in the future, even if the goal may seem unclear at this moment. This masterclass will inspire you to what is required of leaders in the future and to think in possibilities relevant for you.

A guided process to make the most of your reflection

This masterclass inspires and guides you towards a leadership vision, created in a circle of like-minded people. Through an energizing and empowering process, you will be inspired, grow, move internal barriers, and develop your personal leadership vision, ending up with a clear plan on how to bring it to life.

Over a 3-month program you will explore your dreams and ambitions, define your success criteria, and find your energy drivers in a process that accelerates your personal development. You will discover and understand the barriers to your progress, the blind spots and the fears that hold you back. You will find ways to overcome resistance and build your courage, professional agility, and readiness for change.

The impactful and energizing process is enhanced by being professionally guided by someone who has “tried it herself”. One with a profile similar to your own, who has undergone fundamental personal and career growth and change herself and achieved new levels of personal leadership and passion in her working life.

The Masterclass is conducted with a small number of participants (up to 10) to ensure presence, engagement, and an individually tailored experience. Being with like-minded professionals will enhance your inspiration, learning and development. Of course, full confidentiality is expected of all participants, and is a condition of participation.

The format

The master class consists of 7 sessions held over a period of 3 months. The kick-off is two sessions over two days including dinner and overnight stay. Your achievement in the class is celebrated with a dinner after the final session.

At each meeting there will be inspiration, techniques, tools, debate, work and homework to do for the next session. You will be set up with one of the other participants as an accountability and sparring partner for your work between classes.

Included in the master class are three individual coaching sessions, two focusing on your barriers or similar personal focus areas and one aimed at discovering what your body tells you. The latter coaching session is conducted with a highly skilled, external physio therapist. You will also complete a few tests to support the development of your clear views on values, preferences, and your score on the Leadership of the Future skillset.

Your guide

Leading this masterclass is Tina Moe, who has herself walked the talk! Tina Moe, your trainer and sparring partner in this masterclass, has been there herself. She has done what she talks about and has many years of deep experience in personal leadership development in a business context

Tina has over 20 years of experience in corporate management, including Senior Vice President roles within the pharmaceutical, engineering, automation and IT consulting industries in companies such as Novo Nordisk, NNE and ALECTIA, with responsibility for up to 750 employees and a turnover of DKK 1+ billion.

In 2016 she reinvented her career and developed “Leadership of the future” as a concept. This is described in the book “Leadership of the Future – how to lead in a world that looks nothing like the past”. Tina covers the territories of business management, sustainability, technology and rapid change. She has unique skills in releasing personal energy and potential, and in finding innovative perspectives and development opportunities in any situation.

Tina now works as an executive advisor, keynote speaker and professional board member. She supports top managers, management boards and boards in understanding the need for transformation of culture and management thinking for the new age.

Practical matters

Next course: The next masterclass will start on 15 March 2023 and run over a total of 7 sessions of 5 hours, with a kick-off of two sessions.

Dates: 24 January 2023 at 14:00 to 25 January at 14:00, including dinner and overnight stay. Then February 8, February 22, March 15, March 29, all dates 9am-2pm. The program will conclude on 12 April 2023 at 2pm-10pm with a dinner.

Where: Sessions are held at inspiring locations in central Copenhagen, with an off-site session up to 1.5 hours’ drive away.
