Tina Moe is the founder and CEO of Leadership of the Future. A company with the purpose of supporting leaders in transforming their leadership to fit the future. She has an extensive experience to draw from and masters bridging the worlds of business management, sustainability, technology and leading humans.

She is the author of the book “Leadership of the Future – how to lead in a world that looks nothing like the past” and have developed the framework for Leadership of the Future, a mindset shift and 7 principles, that capture what is needed and how to train it in practical everyday situations as a leader

Tina has more than 20 years of corporate leadership experience, including top management roles in the pharmaceutical, engineering, automation and IT consulting industries at companies such as Novo Nordisk, NNE and ALECTIA. She has had business responsibility for up to 750 employees and revenue of more than 1 billion DKK and has worked with SMVs and startups as well. Her background includes a M.Sc. in chemical engineering and a Ph.D. from the Technical University of Denmark.

Furthermore, Tina draws on more than 10 years of experience as professional board member in technology companies. Currently she sits at Danish Aerospace Company A/S, Nordic Automation Partner, IPU Foundation (Vice Chairman), IPU P/S (Chairman), and sits on DTU Compute advisory board, Aasted Sustainability Advisory Board, and
