Strategy development for a tech company – blended with management teambuilding

Designed and led strategy development for a company – a unique combination of megatrends inspiration to increase outlook, strategy development process and taking the opportunity to mix in solid team building of a new leadership team of 10. All leaders were highly engaged in the strategy conclusion, energized and excited to execute the strategy immediately after. There was also a noticeable improvement in collaboration across the leadership team. The company matured through the process to bring in new investors to accelerate the strategy.

Sustainability strategy development for a consulting company

Conducted a strategy workshop to select which of the UN SDGs should be at the heart of the business strategy, reinforce the company’s purpose and become part of the culture. Also worked to raise awareness of how it can be lived in everyday internal ways of working and result in more sales and business development.
